🥒As a Board Member of the NYSPA Alliance, I provided strategic leadership and marketing operations to advance the organization's mission of promoting New York as the premiere location for spa & wellness services.
🥒I collaborated with fellow board members to shape organizational priorities, oversee key events like the Annual Wellness Symposium as well as the NYSPA Holiday Party, and to drive member attendance to these premiere events.
🥒Leveraging my expertise in marketing and user-centered design, I contributed to enhancing the NY SPA Alliance’s digital presence and ensuring its programs effectively served spa operators, wellness fanatics, and spa lovers (like myself!).
🥒My role emphasized strategic planning, advocacy, and fostering meaningful connections within the spa & wellness community. I created digital campaigns and championed more inclusion in the speaker list and knowledge space.
