As a Consultant in the Performance & Programmatic Marketing organization at IBM, I led strategic initiatives across Security, Hybrid Cloud, and Watson business units called "Win Rooms", driving pipeline progression worth more than $13M. I facilitated weekly Agile rituals and executive presentations, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.

My efforts in programmatic marketing led to a 45% increase in warm leads, while optimizing paid media spend and implementing lead routing systems improved lead generation efficiency and campaign effectiveness. This role sharpened my ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and strengthened my strategic leadership in driving marketing initiatives.
First Full-time Job at ibm
Before I became a Consultant, I landed my first full-time job ever after graduating from Cornell University as a Marketing Automation Associate. What an exciting time!
I conducted in-depth lead-to-seller routing analysis across 137+ campaigns, using CRM data to provide actionable insights for clients. I was responsible for ensuring GDPR compliance and streamlining marketing automation processes. By leveraging data-driven strategies, I contributed to the improvement of global marketing initiatives and the optimization of lead quality and conversion rates.
My focus on strategic insights and compliance helped the team achieve operational excellence while ensuring seamless integration of marketing automation tools across multiple international markets. I even got to travel to Guadalajara, Mexico and Austin, Texas while in this role. I even celebrated my birthday one year with tamales & music with the IBM Mexico team!
